Travel In' Restaurant & Guest House

Travel In' has been in South Beach Mahahual since 2003, located on the righthand side of the beach road south of town at kilometer 5.8. You won't miss it - look for the big two-story red house on the right. You may dine on the porch overlooking the Caribbean, or inside our fully-screened dining room. We have both romantic tables for two and a long table for social and family-style dining.

Our Menu

Our menu is an international one, featuring fresh local fish dishes, as well as shrimp curry, hamburgers...and shoarma! With a day's notice, we can even set up a fondue party for you.

For starters, try the homemade pita bread appetizers, with a choice of dips, including our garlic dip!

Tapas Night

Every Wednesday, Travel in' features Tapas Night, a feast for two of six mini-dishes influenced by Spanish, Indonesian, Mexican and Continental cuisines.

We have a full bar and beer selection. Try our original hand-crushed margarita.
